Cannot make a call, communication or end a call. Or The application does not become communication ready (The color of action bar stays in RED.)

Answer

Possible Causes

(1)Network might not be good enough.

(2)In case of Wi-Fi connection, it might be out of range or access point might be changed.

(3)The communication route (NIC) might be changed.

(4)Multiple NICs might be activated.

 

Procedure to recover

(1)Please check network connection by using internet browser then close the application and restart it again.

(2)Please move to the Wi-Fi area and restart the application.

(3)Please disable the NICs which are not used and restart the application.

(4)Please disconnect LAN cable which is not be used.
